TERMS OF USE FOR NPATI CANADA

1. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms of Use apply to access and use of the NPATI Canada marketplace at https://www.npati.com/ca and related Canadian market pages, including listings, product videos, shorts, messages, seller tools, account features and other platform services.

By accessing or using NPATI Canada, creating an account, posting a listing, uploading content, sending messages or using seller tools, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use NPATI Canada.

2. NPATI CANADA MARKETPLACE

NPATI Canada is an online marketplace and video classified platform for users in Canada. The platform allows users to browse, publish and manage listings, upload product videos and shorts, communicate with other users and use marketplace tools.

NPATI provides the technical platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, NPATI is not a seller, buyer, broker, carrier, payment guarantor or party to transactions between users.

3. ACCOUNTS AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and secure. You must not share access credentials, impersonate another person, create misleading accounts or use the platform in a way that harms other users or NPATI.

Users posting listings in Canada are responsible for ensuring that their listings, prices, descriptions, photos, videos, claims, contact information and transaction terms are accurate and comply with applicable laws, platform rules and category restrictions.

4. LISTINGS, VIDEOS AND CONTENT

You may post marketplace listings, photos, videos, shorts, comments, profile information and other content only if you have the necessary rights to do so.

You must not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, infringing, malicious, spammy, sexually exploitative, violent, abusive or otherwise prohibited by NPATI rules.

NPATI may review, moderate, restrict, remove or refuse content where it appears to violate these Terms, marketplace rules, user safety standards or applicable law.

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITY

Users must not use NPATI Canada to offer, request or promote goods, services or activity that are illegal or restricted in Canada or in the relevant province, territory or municipality.

Restricted or prohibited activity may include, without limitation, fraud, counterfeit goods, unsafe products, illegal weapons, controlled substances, stolen property, deceptive financial schemes, unauthorized personal data, copyright infringement and any attempt to bypass platform safety controls.

6. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS

Buyers and sellers decide transaction terms directly with each other, including price, delivery, pickup, payment method, condition and timing.

NPATI does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, delivery or payment of any item or service listed by users. Users are responsible for checking listings, communicating carefully and following safe transaction practices.

7. FEES, PLANS AND PLATFORM FEATURES

Some NPATI features may be free, paid, limited by plan or subject to future changes. Prices, feature limits and availability may vary by market, account type and active seller plan.

NPATI may change, suspend or discontinue features, plans or limits with reasonable notice where required.

8. PRIVACY

Use of NPATI Canada is also governed by the NPATI Canada Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, protected and shared in connection with Canadian marketplace services.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

NPATI, the platform design, software, brand names, logos and related materials are owned by or licensed to NPATI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

By posting content, you grant NPATI a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, moderate, promote and technically adapt that content as needed to operate the platform and related marketplace services.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NPATI Canada is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NPATI does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, transaction outcomes, user conduct or the accuracy of user-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NPATI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, failed transactions or disputes between users.

11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

NPATI may suspend, restrict or terminate access to accounts, listings or features if a user violates these Terms, platform rules, safety standards or applicable law, or if account activity creates risk for users or the platform.

Users may stop using the platform or request account deletion according to available account settings and the Privacy Policy.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

NPATI may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the platform unless a different effective date is stated.

Continued use of NPATI Canada after changes are posted means acceptance of the updated Terms.
